Cashflow Manager Training Options 
Personalised Bookkeeping Training
The growth in popularity of Invoice Manager and Wages Manager has fuelled the establishment of our bookkeeping division that offers one-on-one training at our Malvern offices. You can receive instruction on how to:- - Customise your file with the appropriate column headings and account codes
- Download your Bank Statements from the Internet and import the transactions into your Cashflow Manager file
- Customise your Tax Invoice to include your Logo
- Set up your Wages Manager file including staff and their entitlements.
Training is restricted to the Cashflow Manager suite of programs (including Invoice Manager and Wages Manager) and sessions are booked in 2 hour blocks at a cost of $110 per hour (including GST). You can expect to leave the training session with your columns and invoice layout customised, a month of data entry completed and reconciled plus the knowledge to back up and email the file to your accountant.
Personalised training is currently offered during business hours on Wednesdays and Fridays and payment is required at the time of the booking by Visa, Mastercard, cash or cheque. To book your training session simply call our office on (03) 9824 5300.
In addition to training, the division also offers an ongoing bookkeeping service at $66 per hour. It is designed to help small business owners who are struggling to manage their bookkeeping responsibilities and accounting firms who have an overflow of Cashflow Manager work.
Group Cashflow Manager Training Workshops
 Over the years we have run numerous Cashflow Manager group training 'workshops' where attendees sit at a dedicated computer and work through a case study. For $99 per person you get training on how to complete your receipts and payments, prepare a monthly bank reconciliation and back up your data file so you can email it to your accountant. The workshops were very popular but the demand for personalised training has seen a decline in the number of workshops we host. We now only run several workshops a year from our Malvern Training Centre at 1355 High Street.
