SupportThe standard customer support term for new Cashflow Manager users is 90 days. At the expiry of the introductory 90 day period end users are invited to join the CARE support program to receive ongoing support and program upgrades.
Cashflow Manager support times:
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 8.30pm (AEST)
Saturdays Only 10.30am - 4.30pm (AEST)
The cost of ongoing support is $198 per annum for Cashflow Manager users and $220 per annum for Cashflow Manager Gold users.
